Pretty good week so far. I am paying for a bad day yesterday though. Steeler playoff game and way too much wine. Didn't work out this morning so I think I'll go do something for a little bit.

Congrats on getting your dress deefalvey!

I finally worked out yesterday for the first time in months. I was sick all last week, so I opted out of the workouts. I've been eating pretty good though. Eating my yogurt for breakfast.

For those who might be interested... the Eat This, Not That books (I have the original book and the grocery store guide) are wonderful references for eating out and what to buy at the grocery store. Its not a diet book really, but they really inform you about easy exchanges you can make in your diet without having to completely give up things you love.

Good Luck girls! Week one is almost done!

I usually do the 30 day shred too. Although I have to admit, I haven't done much this week. I've been moving all week, FI has the flu so I did it all myself. I had so much to move I did it all day didn't eat and then munched all night!!! I'll probably gain 3 lbs this week! Maybe I'll have to go to the sauna and shed water!

but really, those walks helped me a ton i think. now i just need to find a better place indoors.
It's so funny how thins vary...I wont take Noah for a walk if its colder than like 65. It just feels to chilly. When Jay used to travel for work, he would say that 40 degrees in like North Dakota or Wyoming was different than 40 degrees down here. So weird.

I do 30DS also and actually just bumped up to level 2 and it is kicking my ass! It's such a great workout though! I LOVE IT

Heh, you know how some people use the phrase "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?" to tell you not to move in with someone? After we got engaged, my FI and I joked that he had put "a down payment on the cow."

Unfortunately, I'm with you right now when it comes to feeling more like a cow for weight purposes, but with a wedding in the making, I'm really motivated to get into gear. Especially if it means I can pull off one of those cute little string bikinis that say bride on them!
