ashley, this is my 3rd time in biggest loser since july. BL4 started two weeks after BL3 ended. we took a longer break when BL4 ended because everyone agreed they'd rather start up again in january after the holidays. we thought we'd get a bigger crowd of participants with all the new years' resolutions. so i'm sure there will be a few more contests this year, as long as there are willing participants and someone willing to run it.

I gained a pound this week. :-( But the good news is that crutches are a pretty good work out for my arms, especially going up the hill in my work parking lot. For some reason, my boss is being flaky about getting me a pass to park closer to the building (work for a very large company), so I'm hauling my laptop and essentials too!

This is the 5th one, and they've all pretty much been right in a row. We took a little break right before this one because of the holidays.
