Ann, I am sorry. I meant to post yesterday that I am going to drop out of this season. I got sidetracked and didn't remember until this morning that I never posted. I have lost 15 pounds and plan on continuing to lose....Good luck, ladies!

I have hit a plateau too! I have to really work hard now to keep losing. I didn't lose this week, but at least i didn't gain either. it was that time of the month so i was bloated and munching so much, I'm surprised i didn't gain.

Sorry guys, I didn't have time to weigh-in before work yesterday, and I gave blood during work. When I got home, I felt kinda dizzy and gross, so I sacked out on the couch. I didn't remember that I hadn't weighed in until about 3 am.

 

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who went AWOL this week.

For those of you who have hit a plateau, how are you dealing with it? I feel kinda discouraged lately, like I'm trying very hard but not seeing my efforts.

 

Also, did anyone else take measurements at the beginning? Are you losing inches but not losing weight?

 

I think I need a second wind in this competition. :-)
