I know its a little more work for you, but maybe can we have the week's update and an overall update? Maybe that will give us all the little extra push and motivation we need. I know I could use a huge shove right now - I did nothing today, again!

Do you mean individual total loss %? I can totally post that instead, or as well ... but we talked about this before and most people didn't want this; they said they might lose the motivation if they see they're really behind or something. But you guys discuss and let me know!

Thanks, Ann! I wasn't able to post last week, which is probably the only reason I won this week! I had two weeks worth of weight loss....but, I am doing well, so that makes me happy! The weather has been great here so we have been walking a lot, plus I cut out A LOT of carbs, so I kow that is helping. WOOOHOOO!

Oh and I don't know why my signature wasn't included in my text! I'll have to check on that. Sorry about that!

OMG - Today is Thursday!! I thought it was Wednesday - I woke up this AM and got on the scale and took the pic. Right now I'm just sitting down to e-mail it to Ann and thought I'd check out the board first. WTF? I am so messed up this week! Not that it matters I guess but I lost .6 Was kinda depressed about it but then I thought well it's progress.

I had to put in my current weight, height etc. Then i put in how much I want to lose and it tells me how many calories I can consume in one day. You can keep track of cholesterol intake etc. Then you put in your exercise and it calculates if you're over in calories or under, etc. I like it so far. I even was able to put in vacuuming and and house cleaning.

Just curious if any other girls have found it helpful
I have it! and I LOVE this- i am addicted - every time I eat I put it in and i love that it calculates your excercise so that you can tell how much you can eat for dinner!

don't feel bad, i missed my weigh-in too, and i have never missed in 3 seasons (sorry ann)! i took my pic in the morning tho, so i can't believe i totally forgot about it ... then again, i had a small gain so i guess i wasn't that excited about sending it in.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
