So, apparently I'm still in vacation mode because I'm up 3.6 pounds! I haven't done anything to lose it so I didnt expect it to be a good weigh in. Oh well, next week I know it will be down. Good luck ladies. I can't wait to see who the big loser is this week!

Gotta be honest...week 1 I started working out but couldn't stop eating. So week 2 was really my first week eating better. Good to know it actually works!

looks like you ladies are doing great! i'm in awe of the dedication some of you have to working out. really inspiring!

 

i didn't lose much, but i'll take what i can get! i hadn't been feeling well most of this past week so i wasn't eating very much at all, but i wasn't hitting the gym either. the other thing i haven't really gotten on board with yet is upping my water consumption. there's a water cooler here at work so this week i'm starting to make water my beverage of choice. i find drinking boatloads of water is the single easiest thing that seems to help me the most. i'm not sure if it's because it flushes the system, because it fills me up, or because i have to get up off my butt so many times a day to go down the hall to pee, LOL!

 

keep up the great work ladies ... weeks 2 and 3 can be harsh ...
