I went to Cancun this past September and it was beautiful. I stayed at a resort called the Sun Palace which is for couples only and they had a sister resort called the Moon Palace which is just outside of hotel row (not sure what it's called but for the lack of a better name...) I think the Moon Palace is a pretty popular place to get married and there was actually a reception going on when we had dinner there one night. It was a very nice resort that you should check out if you plan to get married near Cancun
