I have been waiting since 1/25/13 to hear back from Nayeli.  Her lack of response is making me a little nervous - especially since the wedding is in 71 days.  Usually when she does answer me back, she only answers one or two maybe out of 5-10 questions so I have to email her back and wait another 2-3 weeks.  I've asked her the questions below a few times but they've never gotten answered.  I realize she is busy, but I don't know what else to do.  With that being said, maybe someone may know...

 

1. If there is an additional cost to doing a semi-private rehersal dinner?

2. Are there specific menu options for the rehersal dinner?

3. If you want a certain color theme for the ceremony/reception - can that be done?

4. Where are the possible locations for the cocktail hour as well as the reception?

5. Is the cake just iced/frosted with no decoration or does it include any type of piping, flower(s) etc?

6. Is the dinner that comes with the silver wedding package, private?

7. Although there are photography packages - 24 photos come already with the silver package.  I check with the 'house' photographer and he said that there is no time limit to how long he'll stay...so if we wanted him to come and take pictures while we are getting ready all the way until the end of the reception, he would.  Nayeli had previously told me that the 24 photos with the silver wedding package, only include two hours of the photograher being there.  I am SO confused.

 

**If anyone has a copy of the flower/cake/decoration etc catalog, would you mind emailing it to me? If you inbox me, I'll send you my email address.

Hey Ladies! Wedding is set for Nov 13th 2013! Less than 9 months away. I can't wait to start planning but the wedding coordinator takes awhile to get back. I'm glad it's not just me.

Llenny is my wedding planner at EPM and is amazing!!! We are getting married April 22 2013. She always emails me back the next day. If you are not happy with your planner I suggest switching to Llenny! We have everything planned ...now time to relax!

Lleny has been amazing for us too!!!  I always get an answered email within 24 hours.  Smoochz...We are getting close.....(I'm on April 20th!)  Do you have everything picked out?  I just finalized our menus, welcome reception, table linens, decorations, etc.!

Hello everyone! I feel so lucky that I found this forum, I've been marathon reading through all of the posts and have found out so much valuable info from you brides and grooms!

 

I'm sure I've read posts about what brides have done or plan to do for their rehearsal dinner, but there's just so much to sift through...

 

Any suggestions for which restaurant might be the nicest for a private or semi-private rehearsal dinner? What details has anyone come up with to make this event special at the resort? I don't need anything too crazy, but I just want it to obviously stand out from our other dinners at the restaurants.

I'm getting married in 5 weeks...omg! I wanted to ask past brides - have any of you ever shipped items to the resort - if so did everything work out okay? Do you recommend I go that route or just bring things with me in a suitcase?

Hi,

If you do private - it'll cost you $22 a person but you can only do it in the restaurant that is closed the day that you chose to do your rehearsal dinner. I'm having mine at Chez Isabelle which I do think is the niceset (Spice Restaurant is really nice too) If you do a semi-private it's free up to 20 people and you can only do it at Agave and Toscana I believe. For mine I'm renting a projector and computer for $350 to have a slide show. Good luck! Kim

I saw most of the posts older but I'm hopin someone can help me.... I'm trying to plan a wedding here and am not getting any response from the coordinator. Is there any other way to reach them besides email??
