I can't decide! I'm thinking of using a steel drum band instead of an actual song with lyrics. It'll go with the Jamaican beach vibe. Thoughts?

Just so you ladies know my FI has me addicted to Spotify. If you haven't been on there yet you can get a free month. Annnyways, you can have access to pretty much any artist/album out there and then click "make available offline" and it's like accessing your playlist from iTunes. If you have a smart phone or iPod touch they make an app similar to iTune/Music. What's great about Spotify is that you don't have to pay for each individual song. I think it's like $4.99/month but you can always just pay for it right before the wedding and have all the songs you can dream of. My FI and I are big music geeks so this is PERFECT for us since we have so many songs. Not going to lie most of my ceremony list is VSQ...they're just too awesome! Hope this helps you all!

Music is really important to my finance and I too and ever since we got engaged (okay even before haha) we have been adding to our playlist. We are not having a DJ so I am glad I started early to have plenty to choose from! I will have to share the list when I am done

I walked down to that song and it was wonderful!.. we were right by the beach at sunset and the sound system was great... the song and instruments all went together... Great choice

I am thinking of using Ho Hey by the Lumineers as my Recessional song........ I realize its about getting someone back but i love the chorus!! Thoughts? is this a bad song choice?!

I know I've said it before and probably sound like a crazy person but there is a Vitamin String Quartet version without words so you don't have the words of "getting back with someone" distract from the fun and beauty of the song. Also, the Lumineers are from my home state, Colorado, so I'm a big fan of the song too. I think no matter what it's a fun and original song. Have fun and good luck!

I am 99% sure that I am going to walk down the aisle to Forever by Ben Harper. I was thinking Marry Me by Train, but my fiancee said he'd prefer Forever since the lyrics actually pledge a forever love and not a fantasy (not to know anyone that's using Marry Me - I love that song!!). It was sweet! How could I change my mind after that?!?

Does anyone have a good version of 'Can't help falling in love' by Eddie Vedder or Pearl Jam. We love it and think there are only live versions, but I want to find the best live version so we can edit out most of the screaming fans .
