Welcome Dinner Help!???

Recommended Posts

Yari, do you have any info, website, contact info for Los Arcos?

I've never been to PV at all. I tried to look it up online but I wasn't sure if it was at a resort? That's what I found online.

I know Cindy was asking for the contact info too.

Cindy, I still have a lot of time to plan the details, but I think I'm going to have everyone gather two nights before the wedding at one of the bars at Dreams and pass out their welcome bags etc, have drinks at the bar, really casual. Then the girls and guys are going to separate and go out. The night before the wedding, I'm wanting to do a rehearsal dinner, but we will see.....I'm kinda liking Kathy's idea of rehearsal brunch.....??

Great idea!

I live here, so I have been in some of them.

I highly recommend...

Bocabento ...just great.

De Santos ... more for locals, but amazing music and food.

River Cafe ... great location, great food, very romantic.

But, here is a link that will help you to review the Best of 2008 in Vallarta.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Readers' Choice 2008

good luck.

contact stewart at boca bento, he does an amazing all-inclusive brunch package which includes drinks. the price is amazing.

you can contact him at [email protected] , will you let him know i referred you.

we are paying half the price some even more than that, by doing a brunch at boca bento. other places in town for a brunch or welcome party with just apps and drinks was seriously double or more.

plus side to boca bento it also gives your guest a chance to see mismaloya which is beautiful and only a $7 cab ride for 4 people and it is like 7-10min ride.

This is great info! The Botanical Gardens will also host private events and is supposed to be beautiful. We considered having our wedding there so I will attach some pricing info and stuff they sent. Now, this was for a wedding, so some of the fees, etc. may not apply. There are some reviews of it on Trip Adviser. Note that the menu food items are suggestions only; they will work with you on that.

Here is their website. Puerto Vallarta Botanical Gardens

I have a bunch more info that they sent me via email; PM me if you're interested. I also have some pictures that I can't attach because they are jpg but i can email them to you if you want.
