TTD Session Question!

Recommended Posts

For those of you who have had a TTD session I have a question! So I was talking to my FMIL and she brought up a good point; if I get a strapless dress will the weight of the wet dress make the dress fall down? I am fairly large chested so I am worried about a strapless dress to begin with, but a wet strapless dress scares the crap outta me! Please Help!

mine was strapless but laced up the back, i think that it created a decent hold throughout the bodice, and i didnt have any issues with the weight of my dress pulling it down.

i've got a decent sized chest, and my dress was a very full pickup-style skirt.

Its definitely a possibility. Though more from all the moving around in different positions than a wedding dress is designed for, than from the weight.

But, if you're aware - just adjust when you feel you need to, and there shouldn't be a problem. So, if you love a dress that is strapless - go for it. But, if you feel you'll be so worried/self conscious about it - you should get one with straps - its much better for photos if you are relaxed, confident, and enjoying yourself.

This gals dress was strapless, and came close - but never a problem.

Here are the close calls.
