Majestic Colonial - Writing Own Vows?

Hi Everyone,

 

I will be getting married at the Majestic, and am wondering whether I am able to write our own vows, and whether (and to what extent)these can be integrated into the ceremony. I understand that the officiator must say his bit in spanish in order for it to be legal...do any of you know whether we can still have our vows in English? Can these replace the ones the officiator uses, or would we have to do both?
