Got my first booking....it happens to be my matron of honor, so she better be one of the first ;-)

 

got the girls dresses ordered yesterday

Wow, as soon as I found out our group rate with our travel agent she told me that rate only applied for one week and that I have to have 10 people put down their deposits before the end of the week to "secure" our group rate for good. So i had all of our immediate family (moms, dads, siblings) book right away....then the travel agent went and told me our rate actually is only saved untill end of january (for a june wedding)...does this sound normal to you??

We already have 25 people booked, and final payment has to be in by the end of january. ....we're hoping to get one more person because then we get one free trip....probably to use towards ourselves!!!!
