Hi everyone! I'm Katie.

 

My boyfriend of 6 years, and I have finally decided enough with living in sin, it's time to get married! We're not officially "engaged" but it's just a matter of when, he wants it to be surprise. So our plan is to go to Maui this May to check out wedding locations, and plan on getting married at the end of April in 2010! Maui is our favorite place, and we go there every May for my birthday, so it's very special to us.

 

We're thinking of the Olowalu Plantation House, The Seawatch restaurant, or even Kona Village Resort on the big Island. Our wedding will be very small, probably him and I, his parents, and mine. At least that's how we want to keep it.

 

I am very excited, and so thankful that I have found this website. I know NOTHING about planning a destination wedding, so all of the help on here is amazing, and everybody just seems so amazing! So thank you for allowing me to be apart of the forums, and thank you for having the forums! Such an amazing tool!
