I just read this article, and I swear it is one of my worst nightmares!

This woman in Australia woke up during surgery and couldn't scream because she was paralyzed by the anasthesia. She felt every cut it says though.

 

Ugh I can't even imagine - poor thing! So scary!!

Omg, this is one of my biggest fears! Thank God I've never had to have any kind of surgery. I'd freak out.

Yikes! I want to get the girls done next year, but after stories like this, it makes me think my girls are just fine the way they are!!!

Ack, that is so scary! If it's any consolation, KarmaB, I had a breast reduction earlier this year and was knocked out for the whole thing. I also had my wisdom teeth out and an operation on my foot & never had an experience like the lady in the story.

They also did a version of a story like this on Nip Tuck (if anyone ever watched that show). So scary. You would think with the heart monitor, oxygen levels and blood pressure going crazy that the docs would have realized something was up. So glad she survived.
