Battery Powered Paper Lanterns

I'm thinking of using Battery powered lanterns but I'm very unsure..

Our reception and ceremony will be at the same venue (outdoors) so guest will be there 7 hours. The lanterns will be hung (another dilema) and they need to be turned on before the guest arrive.

Can the Lanterns be on for 7+hours without running out of battery?

And if anyone has advice on how to hang them in a open space?

Do the Battery Operated lanterns give off enough light?

Do you have an example of what you are looking at?

I think that battery operated lanterns are safer... you can probably buy paper lanterns and then put Battery-Operated 4-pc. Flickering Tealight Candle Set : Target in them. They burn for 48 hours. No clue how bright they are though...

Thanks thats a great idea. I ordered some lanterns when they come in, I will try with the tealights
