Hello Everyone!

 

My name is Liza and I just got engaged over Labor Day Weekend. I feel completely lost! I have no idea where to even begin!!!

 

All I do know is...we both want a destination wedding in late 09 or early 2010. We are considering Dominican Republic, Playa Del Carmen, or Belize! Any suggestions from you guys on any of these destinations are much appreciated! (from what I've read so far...I'm really liking DR)

Welcome! We also considered DR, but after researching flights, we realized it would be a lot easier and cheaper for our guests if we had our wedding in Playa del Carmen. There are great threads on both locations!

I think the DR and Playa Del Carmen would be great, but I vote for Belize.

Welcome! We had narrowed our choices down to DR and PDC also. We ended up going with the PDC area, but the pics of DR beaches are unbelievable!
