I just ordered mine from Handmade by Allison

 

They sent me cardstock samples in a variety of colors that I was thinking of + a sample pocketfold (my preference). She's really easy to work with, you can basically tell her exactly what you want and she'll do it.

 

I approved everything by email after she sent the proofs. Honestly, i love the way it looks! I can let you know next week after I get them in the mail if you're interested.
