Did you end up getting the 11 or 4pm time for this day? I just set my date for May 12, 2012 at 4pm. I will just miss you, we are coming home on the 16th. Are you having a reception dinner after the ceremony? I'm not sure if I want to do a reception when it is an all inclusive hotel.

I just received my wedding contract from Valeria. My wedding is Saturday 4th August 2012 is anyone else gonna be there at that time?

Yes we have it for 4pm May 18, 2012.  We are doing the secrets ultimate package so we are doing a reception.  Not sure if we'll have it on the beach or by the gazebo.  Are you doing a legal or symbolic ceremony?  We might not miss each other.  If we do a legal ceremony we have to be there by May 15, which we may come in on the 14 not sure yet

I think we are just going the with basic wedding package, because we are going to have a reception when we get back home. We are going to do the symbolic ceremony. I think it's crazy how much extra stuff we would have to do for the legal ceremony. So our plan is to just sign our marriage license before we go or when we come back.

Hey I just wanted to try and ease your mind about Valeria. I got nervous reading some of the negetive reviews about her, however I met her in person and did a walk thru of the property in june on our vacation and LOVED her!! I have since emailed her a dozen times and always got a timely reply(sometimes a few days but shes a busy girl:-) ) as well as talked to her on the phone twice! She has been great with me so far and dont forget she has a year to work out any kinks noone is perfect and she might be new to that resort but she has done WC for a while. GOOD LUCK!!

I am new to this site and tried replying to you dont know if it worked... anyway valeria is awsome!! I met her personally at a site visit in June and she was so sweet. I have talked to her twice on the phone, would recommend if you dont like waiting for email replies. She has written me a dozen emails and has been super helpful so far. Im getting married april 2012 with 25 guests! good luck! Also terrace is nice but cafeteria style if you ask me....outside is nicer.:-)

Thank you for putting my mind at rest with regards to Valeria! I have had a lot of emails of her already and she has been very thorough in asking what we want which is great seeing as though we have a year to go before the wedding.

Your wedding is in April? It will come round so fast, I hope you put some pictures on after your wedding and share some handy hints.

Here's the short video and slideshow of our wedding at Secrets Maroma this past May.  The wedding and resort were both amazing, and EVERYONE had an incredible, unforgettable time!  It was better than my husband and I could have ever dreamed of, and we wish we can do it all over again!

I've been in this resort and it is a very nice place but no  style , I'd recommend another  two options www.rosewoodmayakoba.com or www.hotellereve.com are a great option and are also at the Riviera Maya               

I just got married at Le Reve  and it was FABOLOUSE!!!  with the best photographer I^ve ever know "Christian Velazco  (Sianphoto) he  do weedins there and in many diferent places,. I hire him for my wedding and I was amazed by the prices just WOOWW!!as he has been spectacular with me and my family, made ​​us laugh all the time, and knows how to tell stories with photos, if you're really looking for someone to give you the best  quality in  photos, I think that he is just what you need, you do not know how long it takes to find someone who really do documentary picture, and finally found him, there is something in his photos that I have not found in  any photographer, plus he gave me the pictures very fast, a flawless retouch and the  best of all are  their prices are very reasonable, see for yourself,.
