Jaccat15 - Good luck with everything!  We had no problem getting the grooms room the night before.  Just asked Cecilia when we got there and it was no problem.  I think if it's not a full capacity there won't be any problem.

Have any of you ladies had problems contacting Cecilia? I emailed her about 4-5 days ago about some reception ideas and I have not heard anything back. Our wedding is just over a month away and I wanted to get some details finalized with her.

Cecilia should email you soon - I found depending on when I emailed her - especially if it was the weekend it took a little longer for her to get back to me. The closer your wedding is - the more in touch she will be -don't worry!

We just finished packing and only have a few last minute things left for Tuesday night before we leave - this time next week we will be poolside and married!!!!!!! I PROMISE to post pics and as much information as possible.

So jealous...where I am, we're having a torrential downpour right now and I could do with some sun, a pool, and several poolside fruity drinks:-)

Great review ReeRee...thanks for sharing! It sounds like everything went off without a hitch! You had a few options that I didn't have my wedding (the location of your ceremony for instance) which is fantastic!

Hello ladies!! I can't believe we are so close. Has anyone worked with Gabi on reception decor?

You mean Gabi at Planner1Events? She is bringing chiavary chairs for us, rose pomanders (12 in total)  my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets and 5 star gazer lilies to put in hair and orchids for my hair... ha ha, probably more information than you wanted to know. Originally we werent really on the same page, but Gabi has sent me a summary of all that we had discussed for final approval and I feel great about things! Only 2 weeks till we leave, will let you know how it goes!
