Web Design anyone??

Ok so I am trying to learn a bit of web design, and hoping to design a website with an integrated blog for myself, in the upcoming months. I'm super excited about this

 

So my question is, to those of you who either work in web design, or know alot about it. What are some of the best books to buy in order to start learning about this. I already have the latest versions of Dreamwear and Photoshop, so software wise I'm all set. Any suggestions?

Peachpit press has series of books that are great, because you can just get down and dirty without too much reading. I used that and books from Lynda.com
