Sorry, but all of the memory frames are gone. I got a package of 6 or 8 of them (can't recall now) on Oriental Trading for around $7 or $8.

 

As for the guestbook pages, I bought the guestbook from Welcome to the Guestbook Store! Guestbooks for Every Occasion!. I'm really glad I did it because the guests were very creative in what they wrote and I will love reading it years from now.
