I just got off the phone with a girlfriend and she says she has been in line for over an hour here. Im off work today so I'm going to wait until all the crazy people go to work and then go up there.

i was just wondering something...how do the soldiers in iraq get to vote? do they have stations set up? out of everyone they should def have an opportunity to vote. maybe it's done manually?? hows that work, anyone know?

I was in and out in 10 minutes. Chris went at 6am and waited in line for an hour. We only had one touch screen and there was a line so I did paper. BTW... The Obama rally last night was CRAZY!!! We had such a great time there!

I was # 6 in line at 5:25 am. By 5:45 I counted 80 people behind me! It was crazy indeed. But glad that part is over.

I just got back from voting and am eating breakfast before heading out to work. Woo-hoo. I'm stuck at work all day and then class all night, so I'm going to have to get my election updates via cell phone.

I'm in a suburb of Dallas. I walked in, no wait and was done in about 5 minutes. Touch screens. It was super easy. Then I stopped for donuts....it just felt like the right thing to do!

I voted this morning-in Philadelphia they open at 7-I got there at 6:55 and waited for an HOUR! I do think it is worth the wait but the problem is they were so unorganized. I guess that they did not expect this kind of turn out. It was nuts

I am glad to see so many people are patiently waiting in line to vote. Here in Canada, we had the worse voter turn out ever, and most ppl I know would never wait more than 20 mins to vote. Its sad.

Our generation has very little sense of civic responsibility.

 

I made my FI vote for the first time, and he is 31. His mom never encouraged him to do it, she voted for the first time at 40 years of age. It makes me sad.
