Jamaica here I come!!

Hello Everyone,

 

I decided to have my wedding at the Riu Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. This is such a wonderful and informative website. I was suppose have my wedding at the Sandals Resort in Ocho Rios but came across a few bumps in the road. Sandals is an adults only resort and I have a two year old son. I was okay with it at first because for all he knows we're married already but as time went on I started thinking more about how I wanted to share this moment with him and how cute the pictures would be of course. So after looking at this site and getting a chance to read other people reviews and look at the beautiful pictures I thought...hummmmmm this is perfect. I was really impressed with how many pictures Riu offers because at Sandals it is soooo much more and you get less pictures (I'm talking about a $1000+). I also notice that at Sandals you have to pay for each guest to eat for the reception but a Riu the meal is included with the "all-inclusive", and the finally thing that sealed the deal for me was that at the Sandals resort the steel drum players are $600 but the Riu Resort is $300...I mean really it only seemed like the smart thing to do. Don't get me wrong I think Sandals is a great resort too and we are planning to go there for our honeymoon.

YAY Kayce... CONGRATS ON FINDING A PLACE!!! It's a tricky job when you have kids trying to find the perfect place.

 

I ran into that and ended up on Beaches in Negril. It's way more than other places, but Noah's 6 and Jays nephews are 8 and 4, so they will be using all the kiddie stuff to it's fullest.
