I've been this way for the last 3-4 years. I'd rather have a couple of friends over to workout, go for a hike, or play board games. I stopped drinking when biggest loser 4 started. before that I barely drank anyway. I also enjoy going to bed early. I think I got it all out of my system in college.

with my desire to go to a party so low, if there is any barrier I usually don't make it. that is what happened friday night.

however I'm RSVPed for a blacklight party next saturday. I haven't completely given up on my young party-going self.

Ditto! I feel the same. I would much rather play board games at home with people and drink. Is this a sign we're getting old?! cheesy.gif

the blacklight party will be a house full of blacklights & glow in the dark drinks.

Not sure if it's getting older. I do find I don't recover well from a late night. i also think the music is too loud. i'd rather sit home, watch my programs, eat some apple sauce, and get a good nights sleep. but, i don't think I'm getting old :)

thats true. i have too much i want to do to spend the day in bed getting over a hangover.

for the last few halloweens I've thought it would be more fun to take kids trick or treating. I would have had a better time taking pictures of my nieces & nephews in their costumes.

in college, halloween was my favorite day of the year. now I just want to make sure the kids stay off my lawn. kidding- i don't have a lawn.

We didn't go out either... We kept joking around saying that we were getting so old. We went to dinner with friends at a place that decorated for Halloween and we all got some beers on the way home and drank at my apartment... I wouldn't have wanted it any other way!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
