Private Transportation from airport?

Hi all, I never been to Cancun, and heard some crazy stories about the airport.

 

Since I am going to have my wedding at Dreams Cancun, and not a lot of guests, something like 20 people, I am thinking to provide private pick up services.

 

I did some research online, and found this one:

Did any one used this company? Or, if you can recommend one for me?

 

Do they all dress up in appropriate attire, and hold big banner to pick up??

My sisters friend swears by Best Day. Cancun Valet is very well recommended on TripAdvisor and they have great rates. They are probably who I will use. I am also going to have private transfers for my guests.
