Hello all!

 

My name is Jaimie Short. My fiance (Justin) and are getting married at the Riu Mambo in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic in early April 2009.

 

We are planning for a reception in Canada for all of our friends and family that could not attend the wedding for early June. This will either take place in Guelph or Burlington, ON.

 

I am so excited! I have ordered my wedding dress and my bridesmaids' dresses. Now everything feels very real! :) Look forward to reading the posts on the lists.

YAY!!! Another RIU Puerto Plata bride!! We are few & far between girl!!!

I actually live in Brampton (moving to Kitchener in...see ticker below!) and I work in Guelph (well, Aberfoyle really!)!! What a small world!!??

So...how many guests do you have? What else do you have done for the wedding??

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.
