Pitahayas menu

Recommended Posts

Jessica, the food prices at the Sheration are what I say equal to any resort in Cabo for the most part. I had a steak dinner and was about 45.00 usd, I had breakfast and it ranges, DON'T get the buffet it costs $27 usd and unless you eat ALOT it's soooo not worth it.

I wouldn't say it's "nicer" It's just a beach that allows you to swim. Most of the resorts you can't swim in the ocean because of really bad under toe. Medano Beach doesn't have that problem and that's why we decided to stay at a resort off that beach.

I have never even seen the Sheraton. Juan highly recommends it so I figure I just have to trust a photographer's eye right? He also recommends the ceremony to be at the beach near Pitahayas which is the Tortugas beach? But Lucy Castro said someone is getting married at the Palapa and this is near Tortugas so we will only be allowed to marry there if our ceremony times are different.

Jessalyn -- how long are you staying at the Sheraton? I have heard that food prices are really high. Is this true?

Thanks to you both for your help.

Jessica
We're staying at the Sheraton for a week. We actually have a timeshare there, so we'll arrive the Monday before our wedding and leave the Monday after.

I think the food prices are high, but I haven't compared prices to any other places. I've attached a copy of the menus for you (not sure if pricing has changed...I got the menus about a year ago). Plated and buffet. The buffet option requires a 30 person min. I think we're going to do the buffet to give our guests more options.

I thought the beach by Pithyas's was a little ways down from the Palapa area. Maybe Lucy's concern is that you could see both ceremonies from the beach at the same time. So, it wouldn't be private enough to have both taking place simultaneously.

Yeap, we looked at the resort. It's small and IMO might be perfect for your wedding. Did you see Tasha's wedding pictures she just posted? OR Janet's & Christa's, all three got married there. If your family enjoys the beach and would be interested in surfing that is the PERFECT spot for you and your guests.

Hi ladies. I am in communication with Lucy Castro-- sales manager I think. I saw Tashas pictures and they are so beautiful. AFter seeing them, makes me want to consider Cabo Surf now. Honestly, what made you consider Sheraton over Cabo Surf?

Thank you Jessalyn for the menus. I thank you both so much!

I actually never looked at the Cabo Surf. We bought a timeshare at the Sheraton a couple of years ago and fell in love with the architecture and the beautifully manicured grounds.

The Cabo Surf is beautiful. I think that there are probably great and beautiful things about every resort down there. Every time I see someone's pictures I want to change my location....it sounds like this is a common thing.
