I can imagine how you feel. YOU WANT WHAT YOU WANT!!! However, the color doesn't look that different and I think the towels look great in the bags. I think this is something you just have to be ok with them. They look really good. Bummer on the thickness though.

 

I would complain about the customer service rep. There is no excuse for rudeness.

The color in your bag is a little lighter but it's really, really close... I know it may not match but I agree that the color you got looks really great!

You and I must have the same computer screens, because I think the two blue colors look way off and completely understand why you are upset.

 

That said, the towels do look great in your bag, and your guests aren't going to know what the advertised color was -- so try not to let it stress you out too much. Hopefully the vendor will do something to "make it right" and make you happy -- the comments by the sales rep were completely out of line.
