@jbailey3183: They put one full bloom in the center and then they use the petals of some 30 roses to circle the one bloom in the center. It's expensive, not b/c of the flowers involved, but the labor ($250+). Each petal has to be attached to a wire w/o ripping or wilting. I'm not even a rose person. My original bouquet was going to be calla lillies (lillies are my favorite flower), but as soon as I saw this one, I fell for it. They can make them out of mostly any kind of flower, even a lily, but I like the look of the rose the best. If you're interested in getting this bouquet at a cost-effective rate, PM me and I'll let you know where I'm doing mine.

@kris9685: I've seen it done with roses, gladiolas, camelias (the combo of gladiolas and camelias gave it its name: glamelia), cymbidium orchids and lillies so far. From what I understand, it's an old school technique known by limited florists. I wouldn't ask just any random florist to do it unless they've had experience.
