Dreams dinner menu

Ok I got an app menu from Yarai today.

 

How are the apps served during cocktail hour? Do waiters walk around with them or is it self serve?

OK... Mariana at Dreams is only allowing me to choose ONE item from each for the reception dinner?! and 3 hot & 3 cold for the cocktail hour which is fine but It looks like you ladies got a choice for your guests for at least the main course. I have a lot of food issues in my family so picking only one main course would be really challenging. Am I reading it wrong or did you get the buffet?
