Been meaning to post, finally getting around to it. Here's my engagement ring and then the set. I really love it, FI did a good job. I think it has a very vintage/art-deco feel to it. (ignore my non-manicured fingers in this one haha)

I just got the call from our Jeweler. My custom wedding band is finsihed. I went by today at lunch to take a sneak peek (and get my e-ring back - it was a long 16 days without it). We will pick it up tomorrow.I snapped a picture - I am so excited.  :pinkie:

This is the ring of my dreams,my honey didso amazing!! It's a 1.6ct center stone with a halo and split shank band..total all together = 3.0ct..

Wow!! Huge rock!!! I live the split shank band!!

Thank you. I saw this on weddingpaperdivas.com. I received an email where you could get 10 free invitation samples and this was one of those samples. We loved it. We called one of our local photographers in town on a Friday evening and she took the pic that Saturday morning. She used some past vacations photos she had of the beach and recreated the same look from the website invitation and then I just used it when ordering from the site. We were pleased with outcome. We wasn't planning on using a photo invite but glad we did.
