Since I work in the financial industry, one of movie that me and my FI watched was Wall Street (the first one with M. Douglas and Charlie Sheen).  The blonde chick in the movie said: "there is nothing can make me happier than a 2 carat canary diamond".  My FI asked: "what is a canary diamond?"  I bet he wished he didn't ask that question! mouhahaha...

 

Here is mine, 2.1 carat fancy vivid yellow pear with 1 carat micropavé on the halo and side.

I just found a curved band to "hug" my pear in Hong Kong last month.

i would love to see the band on with ur engagement ring. my ring is also pear, and i am having a hard time finding something i like for a band.
