Hello

 

My name is Stephanie and I am recently engaged...wow its crazy to even say that :)

 

My fianace and I are planning a destination wedding for the spring of 09. We have narrowed the search down to Mexico and specifically looking in the Playa Del Carmen area. We are thinking we will have 40-75 people who will come and want to find a beautiful resort that ideally can host the whole weekend for us. We don't want to be too expensive as we know its already costly for our guest to travel but want a place that most people will stay at so that we can share the weekend easily with all our guests. We will also have kids.

 

We are looking at the Playacar Palace as well as other resorts in the area. Can you guys help give me advice..has anyone done a bigger wedding in the area? How hard was it to plan? Was it an all inclusive resort, were your guests happy, how'd it go, where'd everyone stayhuh.gif We are planning a scouting adventure in another month to see it in person but want to have some options that we are excited about and available the dates we are looking into before we go.
