Remind me, isn't FA located next door to the Sheraton?
Yes, it's right next door but you can not walk there. In between is the Cabo Del Sol Ocean golf course and a condo complex (called Puerto Del Sol, I think).

The contact person my WC has been dealing with at the FA is:
Daniela Artidiello
[email protected].

But the person on our actual contract is:
Ibonhe Buch
Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos
Tel: 52-624-14-56200
Fax: 52-624-14-56283

For our guests, we blocked 10 "deluxe" rooms for $240 per night + all of the taxes they pile on in Cabo. How did you swing a rate of $160? That's awesome!

Hey KM, do you happen to have any information on the Spa at FA? Thanks for the email address, I'm going to send them both an email.

My FI's Mother is a corporate travel agent, so she is able to get a TA discount. That's why we are looking into it further.

OK. The e-mail for the spa at the FA is [email protected].

My WC said this about the spa at FA: "I wouldn't suggest having your hair and make up done at the hotel though. Massages, Manis & pedis are fine. For hair and make up, contact Suzanne Morel directly. Website Suzanne Morel Face and Body Care... They do all of my brides and do a great job. The hotel does not have anyone who specializes in this type of service."

I have stayed at both. I prefer the Sheraton. However, if you are deciding between one night at the Sheraton and then come home versus two or more nights at Fiesta Americana - definitely take the extra days at FA.

FYI - FA has a WONDERFUL breakfast (you can have them make your own breakfast burrito - my husband still talks about it and he's a foodie) but it is very expensive.

The walk is too far from the Sheraton to the FA. You could take a golf cart. I would ask FA to come pick you up. I think I remember seeing that they had a van.

  • 1 year later...

i am looking to get married at FA on feb 14th 2009. Is there someone i could contact about their experience. Just wondering how your guests liked the hotel, and how the rooms are, and how much you can expect to pay/night for a room. they are giving $270/night but am trying to negotiate that. Who did you use as your wedding coordinator and did you need a coordinator from the outside? anyone you would recommend for WC, band, photographer and minister?
