Oh dear, mums ehh!!! can you get your mum to explain what she means.Im guessing that she may mean that from the waist down the dress is quite plain.Maybe she thought you would pick something else you did say its not what you thought you would go for.Try to get her to come shopping with you ,did you get this dress?If youve got it i think your hair would look good with it swept to one side and a huge sparkly tiara to match the sparkles on the bust.Id go mad with the twinkle sparkly open sandals drop earrings and bracelet hope this helps
