Newbie Question about Forum

I was wondering if you have to be a member to read this forum. I got a google alert today and it was one of the messages that I posted on the forum. Was I able to read it because I'm a member, or can anyone who gets the alert read the post, whether they're a member or not (I hope I'm explaining myself correctly..) Thanks!

I think some of the sub-forums are for members only like the chat one... but I would have to log out to double check.

Kim, as far as you're concerned, everything but the ladies lounge (chit chat threads) is public.

a friend was trying to find my wedding website & found BDW instead. I felt like i was busted

and morgan, i got busted by a chick at work that way too, only it was totally NOT while looking for my website.
