Newlyweds: Did you gain weight after your wedding?

A girlfriend of mine whose been married for 2 years now told me to not stop working out AFTER the wedding because she put on 17lbs in the first year of their marriage because it's this constant honeymoon sort of state.

 

When I got measured for my wedding dress which is being made, they measured me pretty tight and told me, "you'll probably lose weight so we're measuring you tight". I said, "I will??" She replies "Oh yeah, from all the stress you go through most brides lose weight"...

 

So after all the wedding stress is gone, for some of us that spent a year or more planning our weddings maybe we feel like we need a year off? I feel like that already
