Response Time from SwellSweets --NorthEast Coast

Does anyone know how long it takes for a call back from Swellsweets. I sent in an order /wish list about a week ago and a consultant has not gotten back to me as yet. Am I being impatient??

Hey there....sorry to hear this as I think I am the one who recommended the site. I have to say the one negative thing about this company was the delay in responses. I worked with Elizabeth, [email protected]. I got her email from the initial email they sent regarding my order. I have to say I am very inpatient, and I emailed reminders..."Just wondering if you got my previous email" etc. I would email again. They are in Seattle so there is a time difference. Hope you get an answer soon. The first email will include pictures etc of ideas so it may be a little delayed. Keep us posted...
