need help finding a pearl ball on a silver chain

Hey girlies. I met a woman today with the best necklace, but when i asked her where she got it, she said china. obviously i can't go there to buy one, and i tried googling but no luck, so i thought i'd try you ladies.

 

the necklace had a short silver chain, with one large ball pearl. the necklace went THROUGH the center of the pearl.

 

anyone seen anything like this?

kinda, only there was a definite hole in the pearl. and the pearl was a pretty good size. like a medium sized gum ball
