OOT bag welcome letter

I am using the passport idea for my welcome booklet. I am doing it in Microsoft Word and I changed the page layout to photo size (4x6) This way all I have to do is print the pages off on 4x6 paper (photo paper or cardstock) and can put the pages in a small photo album. My brain can't handle it any other way (making sure all the pages fold together properly in the right order etc!)

We're having an informal welcome get-together at one of the bars the evening we arrive and will be handing them out there. Another option is to have the hotel drop them in peoples rooms for a small fee - I know they do this at our hotel for $4 a bag.
