I remember when I first started working out, the 30 day shred is what I started with.. but I worked up to JM No More TroubleZones after a month. The first time I did that video, I had to run to the bathroom and ... throw up. eeew. It happened a few times the first 3 or 4 months with some workouts.. but eventually went away ...

 

Also, be sure that you are well hydrated, and your eating properly.. this will also have an affect on how you feel.

 

ok, thanks! I do zumba regularly, so I am not sure why this one has me so out of sorts, unless its my equilibrium thrown off from laying down and getting up so quickly. But Jillian is very intense!

I am almost done with insanity program! I love it! It whipped me into shape super fast!! I am soon onto the new program, Focus T25! I have had great results in less than 60 days, and have had lots of compliments that I look very fit :) def recommended by me!

I am weird...I rotate between Insanity, T25, the 30 days shred, dance classes and my local boot camp workouts. I get bored really easily so I need a lot of variety.

I am on my second day of level 2.  I just had to push myself a little more.  I feel like it'll get boring quickly though...lol
Yah...that's why I rotate them and do other things to keep me interested
