LOL...like I said...my arms were JELLO!
I do weight train with my FI or by myself pretty often too so I am sure that helped me get through it...and I did that 2 days ago and I am a bit sore! wink.gif

Wow Andi - 10lbs! Kudos to you!

 

I just got mine the other day...I started it the 29 and I really feel good. The first day I was very tired by the end, the second day I noticed it was easier but still a few of the moved were challenging....each day gets better. It's day 4 and I'm not so sore anymore - that means it time to start pushing harder :-)

I tell you what...I finally decided about 5 days ago that I was ready for level 2...Level 2 is kicking my butt!!!! it is pretty hard...makes me sweat...and my muscles are sore too, so I guess that is all good!

So I tried the first part of the video a week or two ago. I am not in the best shape right now, but I'm also not hugely overweight or anything like that. This was SO hard! The lunges are what really got to me I think! I was using 5 lb. hand weights and struggled! My thighes and calves hurt more than they ever have for a full 3 days (maybe more!) afterwards! Due to the excessive pain (I am pathetic, I know), I took a week off, but I am going to try to start up my 30 Day Shred again this week...wish me luck!!! All I know is that if it hurts, it means its working so I def have faith in this program!
