Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred

I just bought the DVD and I'm undecided about it. I've only done level one so far and my only real issue is that I HATE jumping jacks. I've got a big chest, so any bouncing like that is not good, lol. When I do cardio, I go for things like the elipptical or the stationary bike - definitely no running. Maybe I can just do some other form of cardio during the jumping jacks part...not sure.

I love it! I have been doing two levels a day!!!!! work out work out work out!

 

Jumping jacks really work though hockey mom and I know what you mean about the chest area. Sometimes I put two bras on! It helps!

 

Her levels really work! Im losing about a pound a day and already see SUCH A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! so excited!

don't pay too much though, you can usually find all of jillian's dvds for about $10 in the US.

Well I figured that I would drop in and do an update. I have been doing a mix of the p90X workouts for the arms, shoulders, bi's and tri's. The Jillians 30 day shred, The Biggest Loser, Weight Loss Yoga, Cardio Max and Boot Camp. The good news is I am down 10 lbs and my diet is STILL terrible... think like McDonalds double cheeseburger meal 2 times a week terrible and pizza about 2 times a week. I am aweful at dieting. So ladies it does work if you stick with it, but give yourself a variety of options other wise like many have said You will lose your motivation!

 

Level 3 will kick your butt!!

That's awesome! Good for you! I wish I had your workout motivation because I am kind of opposite. I have an easier time controlling my diet than motivating myself to exercise.

Ok, I bought the shred at futureshop yesterday and did level one. Today, every muscle in my body hurts (in a good way), but seriously, I am sore!! I have been going to curves and work out on my eliptical all the time so I am surprised at how sore I am... didn't do it today though.. but will get back to it tomorrow.. afterall, it's only 20 min righthuh.gif
