Did Level 1 again this evening and made it all the way through! Yay! I am still sore from the last 2 workouts though ... so I know it is making a difference! My thighs are ssoo sore I had to use the Handicap bathroom, lol. OMG! Fingers crossed for seeing progress soon!

Keep up the good work ladies!!

I started this DVD last Saturday and have done it everyday since. I think I will be on level 1 for a while. I want to be able to do full push-ups and increase the weight before moving on. If I haven't mastered level 1, level 2 would probably kill me. I'm going to try to do this for 30 days straight and then aim to do it 5 times a week after that.

I'm on Weight Watchers and I lost 4.8 pounds when I weighed in this week!

I do the DVD every day. I think I have skipped 2 days, but that was back New Years Eve and New Years Day. shots.gif :) I really enjoy the workout so no matter how much pain I was in I always looked forward to it.

I just started it this week but I plan on doing it everyday.

Wow 4.8lbs that is awesome.

I did level 1 for 1 day then moved to level two and am now doing level two with 3lb weights. I moved to level 2 so quickly bc I have been working out for quit some time and level 1 was similar to my previous workout. Level 2 I found to be challenging.

I "watched" level 2 today...Im defintley not ready for that! LOL Ive done 3 days on level 1 and think Ill stay there for 10 days. I figure 10 days on each level.

I read online that Jillian says on her website that you should do the DVD 6 days, with a day of rest. I want to do a little more research on that, because I would think our muscles need more than 1 day to rest.....

I think for dinner it depends on what time you go to bed. If you are going to bed right after dinner, not a good idea.

I bought the Making the Cut book today and I'm hooked, I can't do anything else!!! It's really really good. She has a test to determine your metabolic type and you need to eat to your metabolic type. She also says, her RULE 3 to eat every 4 hours, and no skipping meals "when you're on a short, intense, goal-oriented fitness regimen, its especially crucial to maintain stable blood sugar levels to prevent energy crashes and appetite cravings that could throw you off course." "the most effective way to do this is to eat every four hours, w/out skipping a single meal or snack. Your daily diet should consist of 3 meals and 1 snack"
