I think I'm going to purchase this DVD and give it a try!  I have 299 days until my wedding, and I'm hoping to lose approximately 25 pounds.  I can't wait to get going on this after hearing all the positive comments!

It gets easier on day 10 then.... bammm!!! It gets harder yet again!!! It's all worth it in the end... I'm on day 16 and have had awesome results already... down 5 inches and 2 lbs. I'm not too worried about the lbs, I'm more so toning than anything. Don't give up... you'll be so happy with your results!!!

Thanks! I just finished level one and start level two tomorrow. A little scared for level 2 but I am almost half way there so I can't quit now. I am finally on a good workout routine now I just need to work on the food and meals. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for eating better. I am so bad for eating junk food and eating out, I will eat good for like a week or so and then I cave. It is so hard and getting harder the older I get.

 

Does anyone know of any free meal plan sites?

totally feel I like to think i am a skinny fat girl too. really need to tone my legs and arms.

I am at day 2 and loving it. after day one i was completely sore. I love the fact that I can wake up 30 mins earlier, workout and be on my way to work, feeling energized for the whole day and come home a relax after a long day of work. yep I just love it 28 more days of this and 96 more days before my wedding

Day 3 and I think I am more sore than yesterday! I like feeling sore though, shows that it is working! This was definetly worth the $10 purchase and I can't wait to see the results!

Yep, this morning I totally felt like giving up at the last 5 mins and then Jillian comments came in about don't you dare turn it off, and I swear I got an extra boost of energy...LOL.
