I started getting bored doing the same thing every day, but I've discovered the "on demand" section of my cable service. They have like 50 different workout videos, many of which are jillian's. I'm gonna try the yoga one or the trouble zones one soon. I'm also really interested in her kettle bell routine, but I don't own a kettle bell :-(

You can get a kettle ball fairly cheap at target or on amazon.com!

I started this last week! I could hardly walk for a day but i am out of shape. I need to start eating better and i will be well on my way with 6 months to go until my wedding time is moving fast and i was saying great things when i got engaged in Decemeber...if i would have stuck to my guns then i would have already been way ahead shame on me LOL

Day 3 of level 1, getting easier...took me until 930pm to get off my butt and do it today but I did it!!

I'm on day 4 of Jillians 30 Day Shred and I'm loving it, it's just what I needed to pump up my workouts!!! Can't wait to see results!!!
