Morgan, WTG with the before pic. You know what, I am going to do that. I will get my Mom to take a pic of me tomorrow and then I will post it. Beware everyone, as it won't be pretty, especially since a bunch of the belly is stretched out extra skin from pregnancy! YUCK!!! Anyways, I will post the warning tomorrow before I get them up! LOL
I know pop is bad, but I can't live on water for the rest of my life, but I drink Sprite Zero. It's basically the same amount of everything as drinking Crystal Light.

I was good today so far. At the gym at 5:30 - did 45 min on the beastly stair machine and 20 min of light lifting. I stopped at S-bucks this morning bc we have NO food in our home and got their protein pack for breakfast. I had the hard boiled egg, grapes, apple, and slice of cheese after my workout. I saved the mini bagel w peanut butter for a morning snack.

 

So far so good!!!

Ok... I know how you guys like pictures, so I thought I would post these to give myself added modivation. The first picture was taken at the begining of Biggest Loser Season 3 I weighed 150 and lost 9.8lbs. The second picture was from yesterday, my weight was 142.6. I think the extra weight is muscle weight from working out, I just started kickboxing (it's a great cardio and muscular workout). I know there isn't much difference between picture 1 and picture 2, but I think my tummy is a little flater and my waist has a little more definition (and I've started working on my tan... wow I can believe how pale I am).
