I am curious to see what my weigh in is this week. I have to admit I was bad this weekend bad PMS. But on a positive note I have been playing with my workout and diet lately I have decided to increase protein so I was told the first week I would possibly gain and then l would start to loose so far I like it. I find I work out much harder I have been working out hard for the past couple of months but now I push myself much harder in classes at the gym. Today I took yoga for 60 min, spin for 45 min and then did triceps and abs.

Thanks Jennifer! I hope this week goes well for you with the change in diet. Sounds like your workout routine is kickass! I gotta get in gear like that.

This week I stayed the same. Today I did 45 min of pilates, 45 min of spin, chest and leg exercises. I am still sticking to the high protein diet so we shall see next week how it pays off. I have my BD picts on the 29th and my first fitting on Dec 10 wow its almost here gotta really get my but in gear.

i had a big 5 lb loss this week ... admittedly, i have no idea how this is even possible because i was not especially good this week with eating and didn't get even to the gym once. what i'm trying to say i guess is that it's a total fluke, and i'm going to have to bust my ass to keep it from going right back up next week!

 

... but you should have seen how fast i grabbed the camera, LOL!

I apologize to all of you. I did so well in BL3 and can't seem to get it together for BL4. I was away for a week and trying to nail some things down so I can forget about this wedding is stressing me out and because of that I'm EATING!

 

Please accept my apology and hopefully I'll be back for BL5!
