It really helped me I'm sure it will help you too. it kept me accountable every week and maybe i would gain one week but that would be the only week i gained during the whole season.

Im absolutely disguisted with myself. I really need this challenge. More so than the last one. I have gained so much weight that I had to go out clothes shopping. Those dressing room mirrors can put a girl in tears! I couldnt find anything to fit my chunky butt anyways.

 

I hit up the grocery store for some healthy foods. So Im stocked up now.

 

Why do I love playing this yo yo game with my weight.

Just wanted to say hello ladies. My weight remained the same in the last challenge but I am really committed this time. I totally play the yo yo game with my weight too Sgtpepperette. I hate it.

Kathie, me too! Although, I'm eating some ice cream as I type this so its no wonder... I seriously never realized how much freakin ice cream I eat until I started this! I gotta hit Stop and Shop tomorrow for some good stuff.

I have gained so much weight back that I lost before the wedding, I think I am even heavier then my previous heaviest! I hope I can commit to this though and not ignore it. Cuz it is totally effecting everything else in my life, making me miserable and not want to be touched. "Don't touch my fat!" Poor Matt, that's all he hears anymore.

I was telling someone at work that I gained back some weight and they asked how. Stupid question I know. I said "Chinese, Mexican, Italian, lots of booze...." Man I can't stop. I'm eating everything I couldn't on the diet. I can't wait to start tomorrow!
