Shuttle Options (please recommend)...

Can you please recommend some shuttle options from the airport to Playa Del Carmen? I remember reading some good things and bad things. Before I recommend someone to my guests, I wanted to get your feedback.

We used Best Day and they were very good. This was the second time we have used them and they were always on time, shuttles were clean, and the drivers were very friendly.

We have used Best Day as well every time we have gone to Cancun and I LOVE them! I assume that they go to Playa as well. They also book tours/dinners/events/excursions for people that use their shuttles, for free! Their customer service is top notch...we are definitely using them for our wedding and are encouraging all of our guests to do the same. They only charge you a very small price for the shuttle, and then help you and do so much more for you! We just got back from our site vist and we used Cancun Valet. They were great and we had no issues. I would recommend them! They really make you feel like your reservation is secure and you can cancel up to 2 hours before your pickup time for a refund minus just a $5 fee.

I just got married in PDC and booked 10 shuttles with Cancun Valet to bring 40 of my guests from the airport to the hotel. They were very professional and I was even able to change one of the shuttles without a problem a couple of hours before due to a missed flight. I definitely recommend them!
